About the Instructor:
Hillary Carlisle is an experienced certified yoga instructor and CPTSD recovery coach who has been teaching yoga to seniors and adults of all experience levels. Her approach combines mindful movement, nervous system education, and compassion-based guidance to support healing and mobility at every age.
