FREE Youth Sports & Play Experience at Dick's Sporting Goods (Strongsville)

Recess Cleveland is teaming up with DICK’S Sporting Goods for an epic Day of Play experience — and we’re bringing 40 kids and 10 chaperones along for the fun!

This FREE event is designed to get kids active, moving, climbing, playing, and trying new sports in a high-energy environment built for fun and confidence-building.

DICK’S Sporting Goods “Day of Play” style events are known for encouraging youth physical activity through interactive sports stations, climbing walls, turf fields, and skill-based challenges designed to help kids discover the joy of movement and sports.

This event is perfect for kids who:

• Love sports and active play
• Want to try something new
• Need a fun summer activity
• Enjoy climbing, games, and team challenges
• Want to meet other kids from around Northeast Ohio

⚠️ Space is limited to:

• 40 youth participants
• 10 chaperones

Advance registration is required.

• Children should wear comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers.
• Some activities may require signed waivers.
• Rock wall participation may have age/height requirements set by DICK’S Sporting Goods staff.
