Join us for this transformational event to Free Your Voice. In this 2.5-hour workshop, you will learn how to clear your throat chakra to Free Your Voice. This will enable you to ask for what you want. It will also help you to speak up for what you do not want and create boundaries by using your full voice.

Patricia (Patty) Meier has been a sound healer, offering personal Sound Healing sessions for ten years. She is a Reiki Master/Teacher. She has been practicing since 1997. She is also a certified Essential Facilitator. She can help you clear the blocks in the way of finding and freeing your authentic voice.

Did you know that every chakra as well as question and a sound? We will move through these together and tone as a group; you will leave with a guide to ponder the questions and practice the sound at home.
You do not need to be a great singer to benefit from attending this workshop, just bold enough to make sounds with my guidance. We will learn how to use sound to release anger and grief.
The class will conclude with a 20-minute sound healing where participants gather in a circle to receive an intuitively channeled sound blessing from Patricia.
This class is infused with Reiki; held in person in Regina. Spots are limited to allow full participation and questions from all attendees; save your spot now. Attendees should dress comfortably, bring a water bottle, and a blanket if required.
