Free Your Voice
About this Event
Free Your Voice
A Somatic Vocal Workshop for Women
Do you tighten up when it’s time to speak?
Edit yourself mid-sentence?
Swallow what you really want to say because you’re afraid it will come out wrong?
Your voice is a sacred and unique instrument, and it holds more power than you’ve been letting yourself believe.
This women-only workshop is an invitation to meet your voice with curiosity instead of criticism.
In this workshop, you’ll:
- Feel more at ease speaking with your friends, colleagues, partner, and kids, and in your work life
- Discover where your voice lives in your physical body by exploring the head, heart, and womb voice
- Transmute discomfort, judgment, and fear of using your voice into grace, acceptance, and confidence
- Remember that your voice has power and that what you have to say is important
What to expect
Together we’ll explore the somatic connections to the voice and play with different ways to build a positive, empowering relationship with it. These practices invite curiosity, self-compassion, and creativity in the subtleties of self-expression. There can be hidden layers of freedom waiting to be unraveled when you lean into your body’s innate wisdom.
If that feels like a “yes” and you’re ready to free your voice, we welcome you to join us.

VyVy Pham
My name is VyVy (pronounced vee-vee), and I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to connect, play, and walk with you on this journey toward self-discovery and empowerment. I am a mother of two young boys, an X-ray technologist by day, and a passionate artist of poetry, voice, and dance. I find so much wonder in the human experience, and there is nothing I love more than sharing the beauty and depth of what it means to be here. My personal journey toward inner freedom was cultivated through the arts of self-expression. Learning to embody my voice was essential in developing a sacred relationship with myself, and it inevitably shapes how I show up for the world around me. I’m so excited to dive into this with like-hearted women in a fun and supportive space.
