Free Yoga Wednesdays by Howl & Heal Sanctuary, LLC Join us almost every Wednesday from 5:30–6:30 PM at Flint Local 432 for a beginner-friendly, slow-flow yoga session designed to help you move, breathe, and unwind.
When the weather is nice, we take our practice outdoors to some of the best spots in downtown Flint—including the rooftop of the parking garage for an incredible view while we flow.
This class is completely free and open to all levels. Just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and a yoga mat if you have one (we have a few extras if you don’t).
