On select Sundays this summer, grab your mat and head to the Botanical Gardens for a free yoga session! Each week, meet instructors from local yoga studios and unwind on our front lawn. After you’ve finished stretching, we invite you to come into our conservatory and enjoy a morning surrounding by lush, tropical plants. There’s no better place to relax than the Botanical Gardens. Check each page to learn which instructor is teaching that day. Get your free tickets ahead of time and save your spot!Free Yoga Sundays are weather dependent. Admission to the Botanical Gardens is not included with Free Yoga Sunday tickets.
