In celebration of International Yoga Day, The Yoga Spa is offering three free community yoga classes—an open invitation to pause, breathe, and move together in the spirit of connection and accessibility.
Class Times:
9:30am - 10:30am - Flow + Sweat with Julie
11:00am - 12:00pm - Vinyasa Flow Soulful Sunday Style with Melody
5:30pm - 6:30pm - Flow + Sculpt with Hannah
Yoga is for every body, and this day is about gratitude, unity, and sharing the practice beyond hierarchy, experience level, or ability. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, you’re welcome here.
Come to one class or enjoy all three—each will offer something unique while honoring the shared intention of presence, community, and well‑being.
