About this Event
Join us for a free, engaging Kids Yoga Class designed specifically for ages 8-12! This class will help to enhance your child's physical fitness, mental well-being, and emotional resilience through a combination of yoga poses, breathing exercises, and relaxation techniques.
Guided by an experienced instructor, participants will learn to cultivate mindfulness, improve flexibility, and build confidence in a non-competitive and inclusive environment!
Class Duration: 1 Hour
Experience Level: All experience levels welcome!
Clothing: Please make sure your kiddo is dressed comfortably for ease of movement and flexability.
