Join us Wednesday, February 4 at 6:00pm for our free monthly class at St. Pete Pier. Kristina Rich will lead a class that is grounding and fun, with lots of modifications offered to accommodate everybody. We'll practice as the sun sets over downtown St. Pete. Bring your mat and dress for comfort.
Donations collected this month will benefit Neighborly. Since 1966 Neighborly has been dedicated to improving the lives of older persons in Pinellas County in need of home and community-based services. A champion of seniors, they provide Meals on Wheels, adult day programs, senior dining, and transportation.
Donations are appreciated but not required! You can contribute when you book the class or via The BE's Venmo at @TheBodyElectricYoga or on-site with cash.
