Join us the evening of Monday, September 8th as we run through one of the more popular core asana sequences in yoga - the Sun Salutation. This is a makeup class from a previously rained out class.
Led by Rich Haschke, YTT200, this free outdoor sequence will explore the core elements of the Sun Salutation - working all the way up to flowing through the complete sequence. You can expect to build some strength while deepening your mind-body connection, fueled by synchronizing breath with movement. Great for beginners and experienced practicioners alike - all levels are welcome!
The class will be located in the grassy field adjacent to the parking lot all the way in the back. Feel free to RSVP here if you plan on attending, although registration is not required so feel free to just show up. Don't forget to bring your mat and water. Props (blocks, blanket or towel, strap) are recommended but not required.
