Our last class of 2025 will be a scary good time - a "Spooky Slow Flow" led by Becky! The class will be located in the grassy field adjacent to the parking lot all the way in the back.
This gentle outdoor sequence will emphasize the connection of breath and movement while sprinkling in some yin (with longer holds). All levels are welcome - and, feel free to dress up in your spookiest Halloween attire!
Feel free to RSVP here if you plan on attending, although registration is not required so feel free to just show up. Don't forget to bring your mat and water. Props (blocks, blanket or towel, strap) are recommended but not required.
