We’re keeping the good vibes flowing at Quaker Square this summer through September! Join us during the Saturday Farmers’ Market for a free, feel-good morning of outdoor yoga in the heart of downtown Peterborough.
We’ve teamed up with some local wellness studios for this series: Salti Yoga, Peterborough Yoga Wellness Centre and Restore Healthcare. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned yogi, these classes are for all levels and all bodies. Just bring your mat, water bottle, and sunscreen, and we’ll provide the movement, mindfulness, and fresh air.
