Counseling and Wellness Center of Pittsburgh is partnering with the National Aviary to bring their popular Yoga in the Park series indoors this winter for a special bird-themed experience. On Saturday, January 10, guests are invited to enjoy a free yoga session in the National Aviary’s light-filled space, The Garden Room, from 10:00–11:00 AM.
Join us for a free yoga session designed to help your mind, body, and spirit soar. A National Aviary ambassador bird will greet you, setting the tone for a mindful, uplifting practice inspired by the graceful movements of our feathered friends.
