Join Onelife Fitness for FREE outdoor yoga at the waterfront in National Harbor, led by Cathy Valentine.
This beloved community class returns for another season—bringing together movement, breath, music, and connection in an open-air setting overlooking the water.

This season is centered on rising—physically, energetically, and consciously. Each class is designed to elevate your practice while creating space for growth, clarity, and deeper awareness.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll be guided through an accessible, all-levels flow that meets you where you are—and invites you to expand beyond it.
What to Expect:
All-levels vinyasa-style yoga class
Music-driven experience (live DJ + special guest elements throughout the season)
Occasional guest experiences such as sound bath and energy-based relaxation during savasana
A welcoming, high-energy community atmosphere
Space to move, breathe, and reconnect by the water
