Hello Summer! The Rooted Rose Sangha is excited to bring back your FREE Yoga at Cumberland Green Park 🎉We will kick off our 1st Yoga at the Park Practice

We enjoy rotating through all of our amazing yoga instructors to share a different practice every weekend. While no two offerings will be the same, you can always expect an open air atmosphere that is welcoming, fun, and inclusive!
We are so grateful for the continued love and support. We do our best to give back to our community and share love and support to other small local businesses.
We will be practicing for one hour, incorporating all styles of yoga.�Please bring your mat, water, towel, and sunscreen.
