Kick off your weekend with an all-levels yoga session. This guided flow is designed to help you stretch, breathe, and recharge—whether you're a seasoned yogi or stepping on the mat for the first time. Expect a feel-good experience that leaves you grounded, refreshed, and ready for the day ahead.

✨ 9:45 – 10:15 AM: Wellness Vendors + Socializing

Stay after the session to connect with fellow attendees and enjoy a relaxed, community-driven atmosphere. Meet local wellness partners and ease into your weekend with good conversation and positive energy.
