We welcome you to sign up for one wellness class or both!

Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes. Bring your own water bottles, hats, and sun protection. We will have yoga mats free for loan, but it is recommended to bring your own.

This event is not suitable for childrens 6 years old and younger.
