Join Kaitlyn for a 60min very beginner friendly class/workshop to learn the basics of yoga! Although there will be a class led, this is open ended to any questions at any time! We want you to leave feeling comfortable to take your knowledge to any yoga class anywhere!

Bring your own yoga mat (limited studio mats available to rent). Registration is required as space is limited.
