WHAT THIS WORKSHOP COVERS
Celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival by learning how to make Bánh Trung Thu, one of Vietnam's most cherished festive treats.
In this hands-on workshop, you'll create beautiful mooncakes with a selection of traditional sweet fillings:
� Coconut
� Taro
� Mung Bean
� One "secert filling
You'll learn the techniques for preparing fillings, shaping mooncakes, and creating the intricate patterns that make these treats so special. Along the way, we'll explore the cultural traditions and stories behind the Mid-Autumn Festival, a celebration of family, reunion, and sharing.
Whether you're continuing a family tradition or discovering mooncakes for the first time, this workshop offers a fun and welcoming opportunity to learn a new skill and take home your own handcrafted mooncakes.
