Free Workshop: Mindful Journaling

Explore different techniques for Mindful Journaling on Monday, May 18th at 5 PM at Southeast Branch Library (5575 S Semoran Blvd Suite 46, Orlando).

Guests will have the opportunity to decorate their own journals while learning different journaling techniques that support mental wellness and self-expression. All supplies will be provided, so just come ready to relax, reflect, and get creative.

Please note: This event is exclusively for 18+ audiences. Individuals under the age of 18 will not be granted entry.

A brief presentation on the latest in clinical research will be given at the start of the event.

Doors open 30 minutes before the event’s start time. Entry will not be granted once the presentation begins.
