Combine dance and musical elements of Latin American/Caribbean rhythms into a dance workout. In addition to stamina training, fun is the main focus, resulting in fun and motivating group workouts.Led by: Lattonia ‘Toni’ Robichaw has been a Zumba instructor since 2017 with a re-certification in 2023. She is a member of Kaos Mas Band in Philly Caribbean Carnival.While the Latin flavor is the basis of Zumba, incorporating Caribbean sounds have become increasingly popular.
