Meryl is dedicated to helping others reach their fullest potential so they enjoy happier, healthier relationships with themselves, experience more joy in their lives, and follow their soul's purpose. Always on her own self-development journey, led her to become a yoga teacher and discover EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques - aka tapping) and Optimal EFT. Using these she has successfully rewired her own stress and anxiety patterns, let go of limiting beliefs, and improved her self-trust and confidence.
She immersed herself in trainings and through her experience created The Emotional Clearing Method to help others clear out emotional trauma and rewire their subconscious, regulate their nervous system, reshaping their perspectives about themselves and life.
