Come beat the winter chill and heat things up with our Cardio Charleston Challenge! Just for the day of February 3rd, Cardio Charleston at The Rose Room will be FREE. Show up at the door and get a great workout, learn fun moves, and jam to the hot jazz that made the 20s roar!
Then for the following ten weeks, those attendees who come for the most weeks (either Mondays at 6pm or Fridays at 8am) will receive a Cardio Charleston punch card, worth six passes (a $60 value!). Winners will be awarded the week of April 14!
Cardio Charleston is normally $10 drop in, no experience required.
