Free Women’s Self-Defense Class – Gracie Barra Carlsbad

Join us for a FREE Women’s Self-Defense Class at Gracie Barra Carlsbad. This class is designed to teach practical, street-ready self-defense techniques while helping women build confidence, awareness, and empowerment.

This event is open to all women in the community. No prior experience is necessary.

In addition to training, we’ll be collecting donations for a North County shelter, so your participation not only benefits you but also supports women in need.
