About this Event

Welcome to our brand new Women’s Park Walk group! Join us for a stroll around Newsham Park and meet other women, connect with nature, and enjoy some gentle exercise in the outdoors. A wonderful opportunity for relaxation, rejuvenation, movement and connection.
We celebrate the diversity of our area and this inclusive group wants to welcome women of all ages and backgrounds to enjoy a walk together in the historic Grade II listed Victorian park. We'll come together to walk, talk, and recharge in the fresh air of Newsham Park - just like people over a century ago would have done.

We'll meet next to the cafe on Gardner's Drive and from there we'll enjoy a 30 min walk (approx).
