CMA will be hosting our next Women's Self Defense course on Saturday, November 30th. This course is free to attend to any and all women in the community, aged 15 & up.Learn the fundamental principles of self-defence, including basic martial arts techniques, incident prevention and danger recognition, as well as a fitness component, taught in a positive, secure environment.
