OCSD is once again partnering with ECMA to host our quarterly FREE women's self defense clinic. Girls and Women 13+ are welcome to attend. This event is open to the public, but we do not allow any male spectators for comfort of the participants. Please arrive 15 mins early to fill out a safety waiver and bring a water bottle Recommended dress wear:
- well fitting shirts and shorts, yoga pants, or sweats
- tie long hair back in braids or ponytail
- no specific footwear is needed because we will be on our mats, but you may either be barefoot or in socks for your comfort
-please no sports bra's only. We do grab/escape techniques
