I am very excited to announce our next (free), "Women's Empowerment Through Self-Defense Seminar". Which will be held on Saturday April 25th, 12:30-2:30pm. This program started in 2016 with the aim of empowering women by introducing them to essential self-defense skills based in; BJJ, Muay Thai and JJJ. I am very happy to be able to offer it to our greater community free of charge. (No experience necessary, no uniform required 😉). Please join us for our 10 year anniversary seminar on 04/25/26. (Water bottle and towel recommended). I look forward to seeing you there!
