Join us for our free monthly support group meetings and get support from your peers and our expert dietitians who will share proven techniques and tips to reach your goal or maintain your success.
Held every 3rd Thursday of the month at the hospital, you'll learn strategies on successful weight loss and maintenance and together, we'll work on achieving your well- being goals.
When: 6- 7 pm, every 3rd Thursday of the month, starting January 15
