If you could use community, support and a space to just be yourself and let your shit out with other dudes, this is it!
We will do some connecting & brief sharing, movement to get the blood flowing followed by breathwork and meditation.
Just bring a mat or towel, water, bathing suit and an open mind! Please arrive on time to respect everyones time & assure we get a complete session in.
