Join the Illawarra RSL Sub-Branches Sports and Recreation Program!City of Wollongong RSL sub-branch are opening up to all Illawarra Sub-branch members a weekly gym session every saturday! We are here to support you on your fitness journey, offering more than just a workout—it's a path to staying strong, connected, and mentally resilient.

💪Gym sessions are free for all Illawarra RSL Sub-Branch members and their families.
💪Participants must show their RSL Member card and ID to be covered by the program.
💪Family members must be accompanied by the RSL member.
