FREE Walk-In Sports Physicals

Area 8th to 12th grade students can stop by one of Regional West’s free sports physical sessions. No appointment is necessary; it’s first come, first serve. Students must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to complete and sign the provided athletic physical form.
Panhandle Public Health District nurses will be available to review immunization records and vaccinate those who need booster shots. Please bring your insurance card(s). Students with no insurance coverage are eligible for the free Vaccines for Children Program.
