Join us for a transformative afternoon of creativity, mindfulness, and visioning at our Vision Board Workshop with Inner Child Meditation. This free, 2-hour workshop is designed to help you set clear intentions for the upcoming year while reconnecting with your inner child to heal and nurture your deepest desires.

What to Expect:

1. Welcome & Introduction We'll begin with a warm welcome and brief introduction to vision boards and their power to manifest your goals and dreams. We'll also discuss how connecting with your inner child can bring clarity, healing, and joy to your intentions.
2. Inner Child Meditation Start the workshop with a calming guided meditation that will take you on a journey to reconnect with your inner child. Through visualization and mindful breathing, you’ll create space to tap into your authentic desires, joys, and needs—free from external expectations or past conditioning.
3. Creating Your Vision Board With the inspiration from the meditation, you’ll begin crafting your personal vision board. Using a variety of magazines, images, words, and art supplies, you’ll build a visual representation of your goals, dreams, and aspirations for the upcoming year. Our facilitators will be available to support and guide you throughout the process.
4. Sharing & Reflection At the end of the session, we’ll take a few moments to share our vision boards with the group (optional), reflecting on the themes, insights, and emotions that emerged during the workshop. You’ll leave with a beautiful, powerful visual reminder of your dreams and a renewed sense of connection to your inner self.

All Supplies Provided! But bring your own magazines and images if possible. No prior experience needed—just bring an open heart and mind. We’ll provide everything you need to create your vision board, including magazines, scissors, glue, markers, and poster boards.
