Would you like to learn a beautiful, energizing and deeply healing Qigong method? Picaflor Life Energy offers weekly courses in Soul Journey Qigong 1 - The Initiation of the Heart with Maria both at Løken Gård, Fetsund, AND ONLINE, LIVE in daytime and in the evenings. The courses in Soul Journey Qigong 1 run over 8 weeks and will be given on Tuesdays 10.00-11.45 or 18.30-20.15 starting on 16 September. On Wednesdays there will be weekly sessions of Soul Journey Qigong 1, 18.30-20.00, starting on 17 September, 8 weeks. NB! The Wednesday sessions are only practice, not a course with theory and course material to help you practice alone at home. The courses are both for beginners and for you who wish to repeat the course. The Wednesday sessions are open for both you who have taken a course already and for beginners!
Investment: 2600 NOK for the Tuesday courses, 2400 NOK for the Wenesday sessions.
Every Qigong session (both in the courses and in the practice on Wednesdays) ends with a deeply relaxing Sound Journey to the tones from Maria's voice toning and playing on crystal singing bowls, crystal pyramids and gongs. Sometimes Bjørn will participate and accompany the qigong practice on gongs and crystal instruments and give a gong bath in the end.
Now, what is Qigong? "Qi" means "life energy" and "gong" means "method". Qigong is a many thousand years old life energy method from China in which you, through soft movements and a special concentration, release blockings and make the life energy flow freely in the 12 energy meridians in the body. There are hundreds of different kinds of Qigong. In Soul Journey Qigong 1 we connect on a deep level with the earth, the water, the mountain, the tree and the universe through soft movements and a specific concentration for each movement. You open up your heart to the original life energy from the earth and the universe and let it circulate within you, in every cell. To practice Soul Journey Qigong is to make a deeply healing journey to help you find your own unique light that is part of the original light of love. It helps you to stand strong in your own power and walk the path that you are meant to walk in this life. On a physical level the method helps you strengthen and soften muscles and joints, stimulate the circulation of blood and lymph, become more relaxed in your body and get a better posture.
Included in the course is a video recording in which Maria shows the whole method and gives oral instructions to the accompanyment of Bjørn's playing on gongs and crystal instruments so that you can practice on your own at home too. The music strengthens and deepens the healing effect of the practice.
In the course you will also get an introduction to Traditional Chinese Medicine and Energy Medicine.
