Join me for a late morning release event dedicated to shedding burdens and embracing spiritual clarity.The moon will be in the Waning Gibbous phase giving us a powerful point in the lunar cycle to release and turn inward. Move from outward-focused energy to deeper work of integration, evaluation, and letting go
What to expect:
1. Release: Using our body's natural moment, we will be asking for any trauma or stagnant energy that needs to come to the surface, to come forward. This will take effort from you to allow the past hurt to come forward by using simple body movements.
2. Realign: Adjust your focus and fine-tune your path forward by deep breathing & body movement. This will entail you asking for alignment to strengthen your vision and focus for the next part of release.
3. Reflect: While your body is stabilizing, this phase will allow time to reflect your current needs and focus. This can be done by writing in your journal or by sitting in silence to meditate. Utilize this time to reflect on the progress and lessons learned and wisdom gained from the first 2 phases of the class.
4. Practice Gratitude: Acknowledge and give thanks for the blessings, successes, and even the challenges that have propelled your journey to where you are today.
WHAT TO BRING:
* Journal and pen for reflection and release
* Comfortable mat
* An open heart and willingness to let go
