Experience a moment of calm and renewal with our *Trauma Informed Yoga* class, a free pop-up session designed to support your well-being in a gentle and inclusive way. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class offers a safe and welcoming space for all bodies and abilities to breathe, stretch, and reconnect with yourself at your own pace.
This nurturing practice combines the grounding movement with mindfulness techniques to help you release tension, support your nervous system, and foster a sense of inner balance. With trauma-informed principles at its heart, this class celebrates your autonomy, encouraging you to listen to your body and move in a way that feels right for you.
**About the facilitator:**
Julie Johnson is a compassionate mind-body professional with over 10 years of experience in trauma-informed wellness and education. Trained by esteemed leaders Zabie Yamasaki and Hala Khouri, Julie integrates somatics and trauma-informed mindfulness into each session. Her approach is grounded in fostering curiosity, empowerment, and connection, ensuring everyone feels supported. Julie is a vetted member of the Breathe Network.
