Free To Grow: Sowing Seeds of Hope

Join us for a day of planting, nurturing, and growth! Get your hands dirty (or use the gloves provided!) and **sow** seeds of hope with like-minded individuals passionate about healthy food accessibility, and how to incorporate holistic living into their everyday lives. This in-person fellowship will feature a brief presentation on the overall wellness benefits of Horticulture Therapy. You will leave this event reconnected to nature, and with new seedling(s) to later be transplanted into your garden space. Whether you are a Novice, Experienced, or Advanced grower, don't miss this opportunity to learn, fellowship, and **grow** together!

Info: Tiffany is the Founder of Bethany's Freedom Garden of Wellness. A Certified Master Gardener, Credentialed Community Health Worker, and Herbalist, she is passionate and committed to bringing holistic healing to POC in her community.

Info: We will discuss the holistic benefits of Horticulture Therapy. We will briefly discuss the overall benefits of growing your own healthy food even in the smallest of spaces, in containers, raised beds, or in the ground.

Info: You will be given a Freedom To Grow Gift bag with all materials needed to sow two (2) seedlings. You will be given a choice of what plants you would like to grow. We will step by step sow seeds, and your garden journey will begin! All seeds provided are Heirloom Organic. We will provide both seed-starting soil & compost from the Freedom Garden!
