Come join us for an afternoon of fun theater games with instructor and improvisor Brian Hamill. Brian will take the group through an hour of simple improv games that will have you moving and laughing together. No experience necessary! Not only is it a fun time for everyone, but playing the games as a wellness activity can increase self-awareness, mobility, and interpersonal communication skills.
