About this Event

The Fourth Trimester/El Cuarto Trimestre
Master the "Fourth Trimester" and gain vital infant CPR training (non certifying) in this comprehensive two-hour workshop for new and expecting parents.

From emotional wellnes to emergency preparedness, the class will provide the essential tools you need for a safe and supported transition into parenthood.

Learn:

Physical changes to expect after delievery
Vaginal and c-section delievery recovery
Signs and symptoms of postpartum complications
How to care for emotional health while transitioning from pregnancy to parenting
Debunking common postpartum recovery myths
Family planning
On-site infant CPR Training (this training is not suited for CPR certification)

Instructor Bio:

Kayann Stephens is a licensed registered nurse, who has worked with the top OB and midwife practices throughout the tri-state. She brings her expertise in pregnancy and childbirth to the Family Wellness Suites.
