ABOUT THIS EVENT
Join us at the Tees Barrage to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of it's opening of this iconic structure as part of Heritage Open Days. For one day only you can have a brief tour of the control room of the barrage!
Learn more about how the barrage works from our expert team during a short tour of the control room, and hear more about the heritage of the area from our Heritage Advisor. This is a rare opportunity to explore the barrage like you never have before. Due to staffing limitation the tours will be brief.
Unfortunately we are unable to welcome dogs to this event this time. But please do look out for other events where all dogs would be most welcome!
TICKET INFORMATION
To pre book please email [email protected] with your name, number of tickets and the time of the tour you would like to come on. Due to limited staffing at the barrage, we may have to cancel the event on a short notice.
ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
Unfortunately this event is not accessible for wheelchair users as there is no lift.
