About this Event

Take a break, move your body, and relax your mind. This free monthly yoga & mindfulness class is just for teens ages 14–17—no experience needed! We'll stretch, breathe, and learn easy ways to calm stress and feel more like yourself. Mats and props provided, just bring comfy clothes and water.

Led by Leora Watts, a licensed counselor and dance/movement therapist who creates a safe space to unwind, be yourself, and leave feeling better than you came.

We do need a guardian to sign a waiver for the teen's first visit!
