FREE: Join us for a fun-filled morning of yoga FOR LITTLES and community! 🌟Come out and meet the wonderful mamas of FIT4MOM Carrollton as we introduce our littles to the joys of yoga using the delightful "Grover's Yoga Book" from Sesame Street! This is a fantastic opportunity for you and your little ones to learn some basic yoga poses together while having a blast. There will be snacks and drinks after!
👶 What to Expect:
- Fun and engaging yoga session for children
- Connecting with other mamas in the neighborhood
-Walk to the playground or library for some fun after our 15 minute yoga session
- A chance to bond with your little one in a relaxed environment
