It’s a great chance to try a class, meet the team and see the studio.

- Body Tone: 8:15–9:00am
- Zumba: 9:00–9:45am
- HIIT: 12:30–1:00pm
💙 Tuesday 10 November
- Core: 12:30–1:00pm
- Zumba: 1:15–2:00pm
- Body Tone: 5:30–6:15pm
💙 Wednesday 11 November
- Stretch: 12:00–12:30pm
- HIIT: 1:15–1:45pm
💙 Thursday 12 November
- Box Fit: 7:15–8:00am
- Body Tone: 8:15–9:00am
