Free Tai Chi Gung at Seawalk Pavilion

Join us for a free outdoor Tai Chi Gung class at Seawalk Pavilion in Jacksonville Beach.

Tai Chi Gung is a simple yoga much like a moving meditation.

The class focuses on connecting the breath with movment to support balance, flexibility, stress relief, and mental clarity. This practice is accessible to all experience levels—no prior experience is needed.

Classes will include the four foundational Tai Chi Gung standing exercises, offering a calm and grounding way to unwind at the end of the day while enjoying the natural ocean environment.
