🌅 Free Sunset Beach Yoga – Mindfulness & Stress Reduction
Event Description:
Unwind, recharge, and flow with us at Sunset Beach Yoga – a free pop-up yoga experience designed to melt away stress and connect you back to your center.
Join our community on the soft sand of Delray Beach as the sun dips into the ocean. This mindful yoga practice will help you release tension, breathe deeper, and embrace calm while surrounded by the beauty of nature.
