[FREE] Summer Youth Nutrition Program
About this Event
There are 5 hands-on sessions for 45-60 minutes.
Children will eat more fruits and vegetables, reduce their intake of sugar sweetened beverages, read labels, prepare healthy snacks, and play active games.
Wednesday's July 8 to August 5th
2-3pm
(3rd -5th grade age children)
and
4pm-5pm
(middle to high school aged children- 6th grade to 12th grade)
