Free Summer Wellness Series | BlissIn Out w/ Nika Antuanette & Jeremy Cone

Join us for a sweet Sunday experience that balances body, mind, and soul in the heart of summer!

Unwind and rejuvenate with our first-ever Culture Lab LIC Summer Wellness Series, designed to bring balance, energy, and relaxation to your weekends. Running from June through October, this monthly event offers a perfect pause between your Sunday brunch and evening concert plans. Each session, taking place from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM, features a variety of wellness practices such as Yoga, Meditation, Somatic Movement, Mindfulness Exercises, and Music for Healing.

Whether you're looking to stretch, reset your mind, or simply relax, the series provides a peaceful and inviting environment for all levels. It’s the ideal way to create space for self-care, set the tone for the week ahead, and recharge your energy before heading into the evening's concert experience!

BlissIn Out is a transformative wellness company that combines Yoga, Mindful Movement Practices, Dance, Original Music, and Holistic Practices. Our goal is to guide individuals towards a sense of play, vibrant wellbeing, and deeper connection, We offer events and classes where people move, dance, sing, and flow together.

Somatic Movement offers a unique space to explore the sensation and feeling of specific movement sequences and patterns in your body, while bringing mindful awareness to sharing the space with others. This class bridges a unique hybrid of movement modalities stemming from dance, yoga, and free-form expression. This is an opportunity to listen deeply, let go of what needs to be released, and connect to a sense of joy and freedom in a supportive environment. This class is open to all levels of ability and experience. Live musical accompaniment!
