EVENT NOW FREE! As many of you know, my mom suffers from both Parkinson' and Dementia. After our first summer soul flow, I decided that I want to give back. These summer soul flow classes are now free, with the option to donate to either of these causes. Any money donated at these classes will be given to foundations to help with research for these horrible disease's!
Yoga by the River: Summer Soul Flow
This summer, I am excited to present my "Summer Soul Flow" events, a serene and rejuvenating experience designed to connect participants with nature while promoting wellness and mindfulness. Set against the picturesque backdrop of the flowing river, this event offers a unique opportunity to practice yoga in a tranquil outdoor environment.

Date: Certain Sunday's from June - August (7 classes total available)
Time: 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM
Location: Riverside Park, Oconomowoc
Instructor: Certified yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience
What to Expect
