Join us at Lincoln Memorial Gardens for 108 Sun Salutations in honor of the Summer Solstice!Why 108?
108 carries spiritual significance in many cultures. Yogis around the world gather on the solstice to honor the changing of the seasons. At this event, we will complete 108 sun salutations (four sets of 27 rounds = 108). You don’t have to complete all the salutations, and you can modify poses. We will complete the salutations with gentle stretching and a blissfully long savasana (final rest).
