Join us for annual FREE! Summer Tai Chi Pop Up series at Silver Sands Park in Milford, CT.
The series kicks off Sunday of Memorial Day weekend at 10AM. The series continues the last Sunday of every month at 10AM through September.
Silver Sands State Park is located at 1 Silver Sands Pkwy in Milford, CT. We'll be by the picnic area near the the boardwalk. The pop ups are beginner friendly FREE classes with easy to follow Qigong and Tai Chi routines. Try Push Hands in a friendly, cooperative setting.
